Hanging Out!

With daddy back to work, our adventures have been on the smaller scale this week! We have lots of playdates with our fabulous friends and plenty of time to be silly!

Some of you have asked for updates on Ryan! Our 11 month old is quite the little boy. He climbs on everything and we often catch him on top of the picnic table (as if he has conquered a mountain!) if we turn our backs. He loves to talk up a storm and can now say, daddy, mama, elmo, ellie, doggie, ni,ni, ni (which means no-no-no), and that. He has six teeth, 3 on bottom, 3 on top, and is cruising up a storm. He is balancing on his own and we know it is probably a matter of weeks before he starts walking. Anyone who knows him though, knows that he is stubborn and will do things when he wants, not when anyone else wants him too. He can throw a tantrum with the best of them and it usually goes something like this.

Ryan: Pointing at something, "at, at"

Me: That isn't for you.

Ryan: Screaming

Me: Has that ever worked?

Ryan: Laughing, onto the next thing.
