A boy and his dog

I have told many of you that if you believe in past lives, I believe that Ryan was a dog in his. To say that he loves dogs would be an understatement. Any dog we come across he wants to pet. And, luckily, despite a little scare, he is not allergic to them, like his dad. Ryan, unfortunately, inherited the eczema gene from his grandpa and uncle. He is on a steroid cream now to clear it up, but my heart stopped when the doctor asked about pets and we discussed allergies. But, as she examined my poor little boy covered in rash from basically head to toe, it was clear it was eczema related. He is on the mend now and back to playing with one of his best friends, Ellie!
