The Beach

The weather has finally been nice enough (on a weekend) for us to head over to Santa Cruz for the day and introduce Ryan to the beach. We headed to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk so that the boys could watch the roller coasters and then play on the beach. It was an adventure, but well worth it to see them both having fun.

Fresh out of the car, so that Brandon could see the "big" roller coaster.

Daddy and his boys enjoying the water! After walking up and down the boardwalk and to the wharf, it felt great.

And, here comes our little fish! He loved sitting in the waves, splashing in the water, and of course, eating the sand.

He started laughing every time he saw the waves cresting. He knew that water was coming his way.

Brandon liked the water too. He wasn't too sure at first, but then started stomping in it and running everywhere. That lasted until a little undertow caught his feet and he fell!

And, he is off! Ryan loved crawling through the sand. Needless to say, we had sand everywhere!
